I did the install myself in my dirt driveway overall keen the front was a little more stubborn than the back. I have to rut the steering arm nut and the upper command arm nut and melt the plastic off seemed to be the easiest way and only replace them. And for the back the two bolts that agree the jump pack together got cutting off the kit comes with new ones. And the rest was a breeze. The truck looks much better withal has a slight rake.

Customer Question I've inherited a 2010 Ford F-150 XLT iv.6L V8. I'm non one to look a gift horse in the oral cavity and since information technology comes with zero auto payment, I definitely can't scoff at it! HOWEVER, it's suspension is very vanilla and I desire to add together some height and eventually bigger tires to go rid of the "old farm truck" await. Would an add-a leaf system be plenty for my application since I'm just trying to improve visual, not run off route? And could y'all suggest anything from yalls store? Thank you so much! Look forrad to pimping my ride through yall!

Customer Answer If y'all're not looking to create an off-road build, then this kit will actually piece of work pretty well. The two.5" spacers will permit you lot fit on 33" tires (larger, if yous don't mind trimming), while the Add together-a-Leaf kit will enhance rear height for a more than aggressive look while improving payload capacity by upward to 950lbs. If wanted to spend a chip less coin and don't really intendance about the payload improvement, so yous could just grab a larger rear block.

Customer Question OK read the 2010 q & a my questions is how much of a angle are the CVS tie Rods and brawl joints going to be and will this lift/level kit cause uca to coil bind and premature vesture of the previously mentioned parts vehicle is mainly a daily and it see'southward a lot of bad roads were i live ?

Asked past: Matt - 8/31/2016

Customer Answer The front end leveling kit does throw off your truck's UCA, tie rod, LCA, and CV angles to some degree, and the UCA can demark or hit the ringlet spring when fully drooped. That being said, nether normal driving weather condition, you shouldn't experience any excess wear on any of those components, fifty-fifty with bad roads. If you lot're concerned about UCA lifespan, you tin can always upgrade to a set of uniball upper control arms.

Customer Question I accept a 2011 F150 xlt 4x4 while running 275/65r18. Will this exist able to support 33x12.50r18 tires?

Asked by: Alec - one/25/2017

Customer Answer Yous may become some rub with true 33x12.50" tires depending on your wheel widths, offsets and backspacing. You lot'd likely need to do some valance trimming to become them to articulate if you have a adequately ambitious offset. The biggest tires we generally recommend with ii.5" leveling kits are 33x11.50" tires to avoid rubbing issues with most wheel combinations.

Customer Question So I only installed this elevator on my truck and now I demand tires I know y'all guys recommend 33x11.5 but I was wondering if yous think I can get away with LT305/70R18 which is 34.5 tall just nine.eight wide? thanks, and the elevator looks good on the truck.

Asked by: Volition - 10/23/2017

Customer Answer A 305 broad tire is actually 12" wide, and you wouldn't be able to fit that tire without doing some trimming. While nosotros recommend a 33x11.50" tire, you can potentially get away with taller and/or wider tires depending on what wheels you're using and if you're not planning on running a UCA or a true elevator kit in the futurity. Your best bet would be to call united states of america directly at 623-434-5277 and then we can become more specific about your truck and wheels.
